Because research chemicals are safety-sensitive, our return policy is written in plain terms with no hidden clauses. Here's exactly what qualifies for refund, replacement, or store credit.
Two guarantees.
1. Every batch is Janoshik-verified before it ships. If a Certificate of Analysis is ever missing or doesn't match its lot number, we refund or replace immediately.
2. Damaged, lost, or mis-shipped orders are replaced at our cost. Report within 10 business days of the shipping date.

The process, step by step.
- Contact us within 10 business days of your shipping date via /contact or (801) 855-0199.
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. For damaged items, attach 2–3 photos of the damage and packaging.
- Receive an RMA (Return Material Authorization) from our team, typically within one business day.
- Ship the unopened item back using the prepaid return label we provide (for our errors) or your own label (for buyer-initiated returns).
- Refund or replacement issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, or immediately upon photo verification for damaged-in-transit claims.
How and when you get your money back.
- Credit/debit card orders: refund issued to the original card. Bank posting typically takes 3–7 business days after we issue.
- Cryptocurrency orders: refund issued as store credit (Veltex Peptides account credit), or as USDC if the wallet is available. Crypto price fluctuation is not refunded — the USD amount at time of order applies.
- Rewards points: any Protocol Points earned on the refunded order are reversed.
- Shipping costs: shipping is refunded only when the return is due to Veltex error (wrong item, damaged in transit, mis-shipped). Buyer-initiated returns bear original and return shipping.
30-day return window.
Unopened vials, in original packaging with the seal intact, may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. This covers the cost of quarantine, inspection, and re-verification before the vial can re-enter our inventory.
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. We recommend USPS Priority with tracking. Returns received without an RMA or with broken seals are not eligible for refund.
Before it ships.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the shipping label is generated. Contact us as soon as possible — because same-day fulfillment is fast, cancellation windows can be short.
Once a label is created, the order is in the fulfillment stream and must go through the return process instead.
A note for international researchers.
International customs seizure, refusal by import authorities, or delays caused by customs inspection are the buyer's responsibility. We ship discreetly and legally from Utah, but we cannot guarantee successful import in every country.
