When your order ships.
Orders placed before 2 PM Mountain Time Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same business day from our Farmington, Utah facility. Orders placed after 2 PM MT ship the next business day.
Orders placed Friday after 2 PM, Saturday, or Sunday ship the following Monday. We do not ship on federal US holidays. Signal-tier members and VIP subscribers receive priority processing — their orders ship first.

We ship to most countries via USPS International Priority or DHL, depending on destination. International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Delivery time: 7–14 business days typical, depending on customs.
- Customs & import laws: International researchers are solely responsible for compliance with their country's import regulations, taxes, and duties.
- Restricted destinations: we cannot ship to countries where research peptide import is legally restricted. If your country appears at checkout, your destination is supported.
- Discreet packaging: no compound names appear on outer labels or customs forms; contents are declared per legal requirement without brand or research specificity.
How your order arrives.
Every Veltex order ships in a discreet, unmarked outer package. The Veltex Peptides name does not appear on the return address label — instead a generic company name is used.
Inside, vials are protected in insulated packaging with cold packs when weather requires it (summer months and warm climates). Each order includes a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, a reconstitution reference card, and the tracking receipt from our facility.

Tracking numbers are emailed automatically the moment your order ships. You can also find them in your Veltex account under Orders. USPS provides scan updates at each transit point, and delivery confirmation is included on every US order.
For orders over $500, signature confirmation is required at delivery. For high-value international orders, DHL Express with signature is standard.
If something goes wrong.
Contact us at /contact or (801) 855-0199 within 10 business days of the shipping date. We replace lost packages, damaged vials, and orders lost in transit at our cost, subject to carrier confirmation.
Shipment protection is included automatically on every US order. International shipment protection is optional at checkout for a small surcharge and covers loss and damage — but not seizure by customs, which remains the buyer's responsibility.

We ship exactly to the address entered at checkout. Address changes can be requested up until the moment the order ships. After shipment, we cannot reroute packages — you will need to work with the carrier directly.
Reshipping to a corrected address after a package is returned to sender is billed at the standard shipping rate.
