Four steps between synthesis and shipping.
Nothing gets to your door without going through this. If a batch fails any step, it doesn't ship — it gets quarantined, requarantined, or rejected outright.
Batch received & quarantined
Every batch enters quarantine on arrival at our Utah facility. Nothing moves to fulfillment inventory until testing passes.
Sample sent to Janoshik
A vial from each batch is pulled and sent to Janoshik Analytical for HPLC, mass spec, and content testing.
COA reviewed & published
The returned Certificate of Analysis is verified against the batch's specifications and published to our lot lookup system.
Batch released to fulfillment
Only then does the batch move to shippable inventory. Every vial ships with its lot number and COA reference.
If a batch fails any step
Quarantine hold. Retest. If failure confirmed, the batch is rejected and destroyed — never sold, never blended, never quietly re-sampled until it passes. The customers who would have received that batch are notified if their orders are affected.
The document you actually get.
Every Certificate of Analysis is a Janoshik-issued PDF specific to a single lot number. It includes:
HPLC Purity — the percentage of the peptide vs impurities. Our target minimum is 98%, our average is 99.2%.
Mass Spectrometry Identity — molecular weight confirmation, verifying that the compound is actually the peptide labeled and not a substituted or degraded variant.
Actual Content — the real peptide content in mg or mcg per vial, so you know you're getting what's labeled (or often slightly more).
Test Date & Lot Number — when the batch was tested, and which physical vials it corresponds to.
