Acceptance of Terms

By accessing veltexpeptides.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Research Use Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part, do not use the site or purchase products.

Eligibility & Buyer Certification

To purchase from Veltex Peptides, you certify that you are at least 21 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater), that you are a qualified researcher, that you have appropriate training in the safe handling of research chemicals, and that all purchases will be used solely for laboratory research or accepted in-vivo animal research.

Buyer certification is required at checkout and is binding upon order submission. Full terms of this certification are covered in the Research Use Policy.

Research Use Only

All Veltex Peptides products are sold strictly for Research Use Only. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, cosmetic application, food additive, dietary supplement, or in-vivo diagnostic or therapeutic use in humans. Products have not been evaluated by the FDA. See the Research Use Policy for full scope, prohibited uses, and buyer certifications.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Veltex Peptides. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, restricted destinations, or violations of these terms. Prices are quoted in US Dollars and subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout.

• Payment methods accepted: major credit/debit cards, USDC, Bitcoin, and other supported cryptocurrencies via Coinbase Commerce.
• Cryptocurrency payments receive a 5% automatic discount. Crypto price fluctuation between order and confirmation is the buyer's risk; USD equivalent at order submission applies.
• Orders are considered complete upon successful payment authorization. If payment fails, the order will not process.
• Cancellations must be requested before a shipping label is generated.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping details, cutoffs, rates, packaging, tracking, and coverage for lost or damaged shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy. International buyers are responsible for compliance with local import regulations, customs, taxes, and duties.

Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility, refund methods, restocking fees, and dispute resolution are governed by our Refund Policy. Opened or reconstituted vials are non-returnable for safety reasons. Damaged-in-transit and mis-shipped orders are covered without restocking fees.

Product Warranty & Certificates of Analysis

Veltex Peptides warrants that every batch has been independently tested by Janoshik Analytical prior to shipping and matches the specifications on its lot-specific Certificate of Analysis. This warranty is limited to purity, identity, and content as documented on the COA at time of testing.

No warranty is made regarding suitability for any specific research application, in-vivo results, in-vitro results, or any use beyond RUO scope. All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Accounts, Rewards & VIP Membership

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Rewards program terms (The Veltex Protocol), VIP membership benefits, and Protocol Points policies are governed by the Rewards page and are subject to reasonable adjustment with notice.

• Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
• VIP membership is a $99 annual fee, auto-renewing unless cancelled. Cancel anytime for future renewals.
• Fraudulent point accrual, referral abuse, or account manipulation results in account termination and reversal of all rewards.

Intellectual Property

All content on veltexpeptides.com — text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, molecular profiles, brand assets, code, and design — is owned by Veltex Peptides LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other IP laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any site content without prior written permission. Referencing our published research summaries with proper attribution is permitted for legitimate educational purposes.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the site or products in any manner that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Involves the resale, redistribution, or repackaging of Veltex products for consumer use
• Represents Veltex products to third parties as safe or approved for human use
• Attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the site's technical infrastructure
• Involves fraudulent payment, chargeback abuse, or misrepresented shipping addresses
• Harasses, threatens, or targets Veltex staff, customers, or third parties

Violations result in immediate order cancellation, account termination, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and all products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as specifically stated in Section 7. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veltex Peptides disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veltex Peptides LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, lost research results, or business interruption — arising from or related to your use of the site or products, regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise).

In any case, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Veltex Peptides LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your misuse of any Veltex product; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) any research or application performed with Veltex products, regardless of outcome.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the site will be resolved through binding arbitration in Salt Lake County, Utah, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association — except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect IP or confidential information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and where reasonable, notified to registered accounts by email. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
